Economy grade; crepe paper backing; medium tack, rubber-based adhesive; resists water, oil and solvents (available in a wide range of colors). For use on a variety of smooth surfaces for general purpose packaging, bundling, holding, binding, splicing, labeling, color coding, banding decorating and identification. Meets Spec: A-A-883B.
